Culinary Review - The Best Place to Eat Ramen in Bali (Yoshi-tei Ramen)
Helo everyone, welcome to our blog. .
This time I will share about non-halal food. .yuuuppss it's a pork.
Talking about Bali will definitely not be separated from the dish that serves pork in every dish. .various types of pork-based dishes such as babi guling (suckling pig), be genyol, pork satay, pork lawar, pork meatball and many other types of food that are very famous from Bali and of course very delicious.
But now I will review about the pork Ramen in Bali. There are several outlets that sell pork Ramen, one of the pork ramen that I think is delicious in Denpasar is Yoshi-Tei Ramen. Actually, I have tasted delicious Japanese noodle soup many times with broth which I think is very suitable for the tongue of a local person like me and of course at a price that is quite pocket-friendly.
Yoshi-Tei itself is located in the Jl. Tukad Batanghari No.10 B, Dauh Puri Klod, Kec. West Denpasar, Denpasar City and as far as I know he only opened 1 outlet in Bali. The dining area is quite clean and there are only a few sets of seating that can only accommodate visitors with no more than 20 people.
Yoshi-Tei offers several Ramen menu choices which I think are all delicious. .heehe. There are 6 variants of ramen (can be with a choice of pork or chicken) that we can order, namely:
- Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, is a soft Hakata noodle served with a savory pork gravy, made with onion oil, bamboo shoots, Yakibuta and Yoshi-Tei's signature egg
- Hokkaido Miso Ramen, using 6 special Hokkaido miso seasoning mix with pork gravy cooked for more than 8 hours. Served with sweetcorn, bamboo shoots, sliced Yakibuta and Yoshi-Tei's signature egg
- Yoshi-Tei Shio Ramen, is a dish not to be missed. With a gravy stocked with salt, served with bamboo shoots, sliced Yakibuta and Yoshi-Tei's signature egg
- Yoshi-Tei Shoyu Ramen, a unique mix of Japanese shoyu, served with chicken broth, bamboo shoots, sliced Yakibuta and Yoshi-Tei's signature egg
- Tsukemen Shoyu Special, are cold noodles served with thickened shoyu sauce, served with bamboo shoots, Yakibuta and Yoshi-Tei's signature egg
- Gekikara Ramen, a ramen that has a choice of levels of spiciness that will allow you to feel a spicy sensation when enjoying ramen in our mouths
The menu that I order the most is Hokkaido Miso Ramen. In my opinion Hokkaido miso ramen is the most suitable for my tongue because it has a very savory taste with a very thick pork broth taste and not too sweet, the noodles themselves are also very tasty because they are not too mushy and there is only pork variant for this menu .
In addition to Ramen dishes, Yoshi-Tei also presents various other menu options such as Shusi Roll, Gyoza, Yakitori, Curry Don and other additional topping menus.
If you don't really like ramen, you can try the Curry Don and Gyoza menu here. The taste of curry don is very savory and creamy between the combination of rice and pork curry sauce which is very thick with the addition of pork Yakibuta topping of course. They also have very good gyoza here as an additional variant to complete your main menu.
If you are a fan of ramen, you can try a variety of ramen menu options here. You can order the ramen menu here in two different size options, namely small and large, of course at a reasonable price
Good luck..and waiting for your comments ^_^
